Safety and Environmental Concerns

Antonio Sandoval Painting is proud of its exceptional safety program and worker safety record. Our employees are provided with all necessary safety equipment. In addition, we select materials with concern for the environment. All materials are handled, used, and disposed of in strict accordance with government regulations. Owner and workers are trained to minimize lead exposure to themselves, occupants and the environment during surface preparation work.

Our Employees

Our work crews are skilled journeyman painters. The average length of employment among our crew is 6 years. Antonio believes in the importance of continuing education, for himself as well as his employees. He conducts monthly staff training on safety, skills and customer service. In addition, he has enrolled new employees in the PDCA apprenticeship program, attends PDCA seminars and workshops on special finishes.
